ABOUT OUR HISTORY

With the growth of our community, we must be committed to improving our equipment, training, response and dedication to this fine area of Haywood County.

APPARATUS

Our Apparatus are needed to transport firefighters to an incident scene with the right equipment and tools needed to fight fires and handle other emergency situations.

BOARD MEMBERS

The Junaluska Fire Department Board of Directors, consists of nine members, and meets on the first Tuesday of each month except for the annual meeting which is on the third Tuesday of June.

Today a few of our members assisted Smoky Mountain Event Center with putting up a new American Flag, we can’t think of a better image of a job well done!
